          LANCASTER (CBS 11 NEWS) - Lancaster Mayor Marcus Knight was in Grapevine when an officer pulled him over last month.

          Some people went to Monday night's city council meeting to call for him to resign.

          Knight, 38, is the city's first black mayor.

          He was elected four years ago.

          He was arrested on a DWI charge on November 15 in Grapevine at 1:20 a.m.
